Great App...but..

This is a great App! BUT I cant send to an email as the App suggests, even though I paid for an upgrade. The Help section is blank. And theres no where to contact anyone except feedback, which doesnt go to anywhere. Their website is not in English. Theres no way to cancel an upgrade. Im not sure how the App passed Apple, given they are not offering what they say and theres no contact email. Too bad as it really is a great App otherwise!
